Our Response to COVID-19
During these trying times, our goal is to ensure that your safety and ours is a top priority. Therefore, we have made the decision to be closed to the public. What this means is while we are still open for business. We are no longer accepting face to face visits or appointments. However, we are still conducting phone consultations and virtual appointments. Our office hours are temporarily reduce to 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday.
Our staff is still working diligently to ensure that all accounting or taxes are completed in a timely manner. Many of our employees will be working from home until further notice.
We are still completing tax returns and accounting. We have made it possible for clients to drop off, mail, email, and/or fax their documents to us.
We are making every effort to continue to provide you, your family, and friends the world class service that you are used to. Please continue to follow the standards set forth by the CDC and follow the orders provided by the Governor of Virginia. If you are impacted by the Coronavirus, please contact us as soon as possible.
JUNE 2021 UPDATE
As the restrictions are being lifted by the Governor and CDC. We will continue to offer virtual appointments and drop offs for our clients. We are also allowing in person appointments and walk-ins. Please keep in mind that when possible, submit your documents via our client portal, Canopy.
We will also be resuming our off peak hours of 8:30am until 3pm Monday - Thursday until further notice. Please note that we still have a number of staff working from home.
